Bringing together students from across Western Australia for two days of hands-on space science, engineering, industry experience at UWA, and exciting field trips to our space partners in industry.
A Program Presented By The International Space Centre & TeraNet
The ISC Space Boot Camp is an immersive two-day program for high school students entering Year 11. Hosted at The University of Western Australia (UWA), the boot camp provides hands-on experiences, expert-led workshops, and industry visits to inspire the next generation of space professionals.

Program Highlights
This year’s Space Boot Camp featured:
The exhibition of TeraNet’s ground stations TN-1 & TN-3, showcasing cutting-edge optical communications technology.
Talks from industry professionals, providing insights into careers in space science and engineering.
A field trip to Zadko Observatory and the Australian International Gravitational Observatory (AIGO) in the Gingin Gravity Precinct, where students explored the physics of space and astronomy.

Open to students entering Year 11
No specific prerequisites, but a short admission essay is required
